Ramadhan Blessing – Orphan Support Funded
The spirit of Ramadhan inspires us to share kindness and bring joy to those in need. Seeing many orphans in our community struggling to meet their daily needs motivated us to take action. We wanted to help in a sustainable way, so we decided to raise funds by selling traditional iftar snacks (takjil) and use the profits to provide food packages and financial support for the orphans.
We formed a Scout team, sold takjil during Ramadhan, and used the profits to buy food packages and give cash donations to orphans at Yayasan Mulai Nurul Fallah.
We learned that with teamwork, creativity, and commitment, even a small initiative can create a big impact. Selling takjil taught us business skills, and helping the orphans strengthened our empathy and social responsibility.
