Pramuka Peduli : SAR Operation Bantar Gebang
This project was carried out as part of Pramuka Peduli's commitment to providing humanitarian assistance during emergencies. Following a landslide at the Bantar Gebang landfill caused by heavy rainfall, our Scout volunteers joined the search and rescue operation to support affected communities, assist the response team, and demonstrate the Scout values of service, solidarity, and responsibility.
Following a landslide at the Bantar Gebang landfill caused by heavy rainfall, our Pramuka Peduli team joined the search and rescue operation. We supported victim search efforts, worked with emergency responders, and followed safety procedures throughout the mission.
This project taught us the importance of teamwork, discipline, and quick decision-making during emergency situations. We learned that effective communication, cooperation, and preparedness are essential to supporting search and rescue operations while ensuring everyone's safety.
