Portions of Peace – 2025
“Portions of Peace – 2025”was initiated to share the joy of Eid-ul-Adha with underprivileged and hardworking individuals like rickshaw pullers. The goal was to ensure that they, too, could enjoy the spirit of the festival through the distribution of Qurbani meat
On June 7, 2025, I distributed 50 packets(13kg) of meat to 50 individuals. In Badda, 30 packets were distributed from 8 kg of meat. In Shajanpur, Khilgaon, Rampura, and Malibagh Chowdhurypara, 20 packets were distributed from 5 kg of meat. The project was led by me as a Trainer of BMSCSG with support from Rover Scout Raiyan Mollah of Samatat Open Scout Group.
The project strengthened our understanding of empathy and service, taught us how to plan and execute community support efficiently, and promoted values aligned with SDG 2 (Zero Hunger) and SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities) by ensuring equal access to festive food.
