Participated in a project as a volunteer
Home distribution activities for homeless people.
It was the day of the official inauguration of the distribution of houses to about five hundred homeless people. A group of 26 of us volunteered there. About 1400 guests, journalists, members of parliament, teachers and people from different walks of life gathered at the event. We arrive at the event within the pre-arranged time and do not understand our responsibilities. Eventually the ceremony was successfully completed.
Location: Khokshabari, Sirajganj Sador, Sirajganj, Bangladesh.
The beneficiaries of the project were homeless people. Those who lost their shelter due to river erosion. About five hundred people benefited from it.
I have learned about the plight of homeless people as a result of the implementation of the project. We have to stand by the people affected by river erosion.
