Crew Meeting is a weekly scouting program. Rovers are given hands to hands training through crew meeting. Crew meeting is basically a 70 percent outdoor program and thirty percent indoor program. Rajshahi University Rover Scout Group organizes their weekly crew meeting and rovers of all levels participates in it regularly. During the Covid-19 Pandamic period, Rajshahi University Rover Scout Group organizes regular crew meeting through online zoom apps. Virtual Crew Meeting of Rajshahi University Rover Scout Group was held for the first time on 18 April 2020. Rover Scout Group Secretary Nasim Reza was present at the meeting and RSL Helal Uddin was also present and 40 Rovers including RSL Nur Islam Babu participated in the meeting. The meeting provided important guidance to the rovers during the Covid-19 Pandamic period as well as advised them to participate in various online scouting courses organized by Bangladesh Scouts.
