Nutrition for a better Tommorow ⚜️🥗
I was inspired to carry out this work by my teacher. I then decided to spread awareness among today’s younger generation. For this, I found Anganwadi to be the most suitable place. There, I taught children to stay away from junk food and guided them about healthy habits.🥗
To explain better, I prepared posters on nutrients and encouraged children to adopt a balanced diet for a healthy lifestyle. I advised them to avoid junk food, 🍕🍝explained its harmful effects, and motivated them to include nutrients like vitamins, calcium, and protein.🍙🥦
Through this project, I gained a clear understanding of nutrition and also spread awareness among today’s youth about how to achieve proper nutrition. I discussed how to maintain a balanced diet in daily life and how to avoid junk food.🥗⚜️
