National Leadership Training in Lebanon

The World Organization inspired me through the International Youth Leadership Training Program, which inspires young people and makes them innovative and effective leaders, equips them with several skills, and teaches them to be servant leaders who pass on experiences to their peer leaders for the benefit of all. The organization then encouraged the implementation of the program at the national level, which inspired us to launch the program nationally.
We held a three-day training camp with participants in the International Leadership Training Program for 36 young and adult leaders to form the program's training team and familiarize them with its objectives. The core program was implemented with the participation of 105 young leaders from Lebanese regions. They acquired skills, learned about their role in development and peace, and participated in leadership and decision-making. They also organized development projects.
Through the project, we learn lessons that young people are capable of innovation, leadership, and change, and that the role of adults is important in guiding them and refining their abilities so that they can participate in decision-making and have a positive impact in scouting and communities.
