My Rice is Your Rice
When I saw people sharing on the streets, that's when I started wanting to do the same thing, but on a regular basis. Not only in my neighborhood, but also in the area where I go to school and participate in organizations.
I started it in my neighborhood, then expanded its reach by inviting my scout friends at school and also at the work council.
The lesson I learned is that I need to be able to look down, because there are still so many people out there who are in need. What's more, the level of poverty and hunger in Indonesia is still very high.
