Messengers of Peace Local Co-ordinator Workshop, Rajshahi District Rover-2020
Messengers of Peace Local Co-ordinator workshop was held on 10 November, 2020 organized by Bangladesh Scouts, Rajshahi District Rover.
Messengers of Peace Workshop to be held for two days in collaboration with Bangladesh Scouts, Rajshahi District Rover. Jubair Eusuf, National Coordinator, Bangladesh Scouts Messenger of Peace Team, was present at the opening ceremony of the workshop. In his speech, he called for spreading the message of Messengers of Peace nationwide and globally. He appealed to the rovers of Rajshahi district to work for getting ring badge. Rajshahi District Rover Commissioner Prof. Dr. Md. Elias Uddin, Secretary Dr. Muhammad Zahirul Islam, District Rover Scout Leader Tariqul Islam Ansari were also present at the inaugural function of the workshop. Sale Ahmed Leader Trainer and Secretary of the Three Star Open Scout Group was present in this workshop.
Three expert trainers from the Bangladesh Scouts Messenger of Peace team were attended the opening ceremony of the two-days long workshop. Saied Basit and Shahidul Islam Santo presented excellently at the two sessions. They are both working as local coordinators of Bangladesh Scouts Messenger of Peace team. Rajshahi University Rover Scout Group's Rovet Scout Leader Md. Helal Uddin, Local Co-ordinator, Messengers of Peace, Rajshahi District presented a session on what is Messengers of Peace. SM Mostafizur Rahman, Rover scout Leader of Rajshahi New Degree Government College and Local Co-ordinator, Messengers of Peace, Rajshahi District was in charge of the presentar in this workshop.
About 60 Rover, Rover Scout Leader and Girls-in Rover from different units of Rajshahi District participated in this workshop. On the opening day of the workshop, the workshop was held from 3 pm to 7 pm. Rajshahi District Rover's Secretary Dr. Muhammad Zahirul Islam announced the end of the workshop.
