This course was held at Institut Pendidikan Guru Kampus Batu Lintang (IPGKBL) for 3 days, guided by Dr. Amir Hamzah Bin Aman, Malaysia National MoP Coordinator. Most participant came from Sarawak state and 5 were from Pramuka.
