Membership Growth Summit 2024
To bring the coordination of all the State Organising Commissioners, State Training Commissioners and the State Membership Growth Coordinators together in achieving the Membership Growth Targets sets by the State, the Growth Summit created a platform to support in coordination and in learning path of why Growth is important to each states.
We achieved this by organising a Membership Growth Summit to all the three regions such as Southern, Central and Western Region States were 14 States with 26 Members participated and rest 14 members as Supporting staff.
We had the Best Practices of Membership Growth from the States and correlation activities which helped the State association to understand the Growth Potentials available in the State and how that can be cascaded to the grass-root level by setting the targets for the district associations.
