Make a Healthy Planet by Planting Trees

Day by day the population is increasing unprecedentedly in our country. As a result, a large amount of trees are being cut down. Human life is impossible without trees. Keeping that in mind, Bangladesh Scouts conducts tree plantation activities in Jessore district. In order to increase the number of heritage date palm trees of Jessore district, 50 thousand date palm and 30 thousand palm seedlings have been planted in the fallow land of Chougacha upazila of Jessore district.
With the help of Sushmita Saha, UNO of Chowgacha Upazila of Jessore District and with the secretary of Bangladesh Scouts Jessore District Rover, Abu Said Sir, 40 rovers of Jessore District Rover reached Chowgacha Upazila and participated in the management of tree planting activities in the fallow land. Md. Arifuzzaman Liton Bhai, former senior rover mate of Jessore district rover, helped us in that activity for 2 days.
With the help of this project we got a lot of love and affection from people. We learned how to put a smile on people's faces. I have learned to understand the role of trees in protecting the environment.
