Madiun Literacy Regency
I participated in this activity because I wanted to make a positive difference in the community, especially in improving children's literacy and education. I also wanted to develop my personal skills, such as leadership, collaboration, and creativity, while doing something worthwhile
Madiun Scouts acted as facilitators in the Madiun Literacy Action, a project aimed at improving literacy and access to education in Madiun, East Java. This activity involved children in interactive and fun Learning and Play Activities (KBB), such as word guessing, sentence construction, and ecobrick building. Madiun Scouts also helped decorate the school library to create a literacy-friendly environment. This project demonstrated that literacy can be taught in a fun and interactive way.
The lessons learned from this activity include the importance of literacy in interactive and engaging ways, as well as the importance of collaboration in supporting quality education. You also learned to develop facilitation and leadership skills.
