On 24th to 26th February 2017, I helped my district in organizing a cultural camp in cooperation with ASWARA -one of the national cultural learning centre. Besides ASWARA, there are also a few joined organization such as JLKN( national service department), Pasir Pudang PPD (Pasir Gudang District Education Council) together they cooperate with us-Pasir Gudang Scouts in coaching and managing the 3 days camping in JLKN Camp Pagoh,Muar. Among the activities are :playing the traditional musical instrument such as kompang, learning various ethnics dances such as Zapin-Malay Dance, Chinese Dance, Indian Dance and Sumazau Dance -Borneo Kadazan origin.Our cubs gained a lot of knowledge and they are now quite skillful in traditional dancing-thanks to the camp!
