Innovation Challenge Project

This project aims to build leadership and innovation skills among scouts and leaders, encouraging active community involvement through creative initiatives. It also seeks to assess impact and highlight the value of partnerships in creating lasting, meaningful change.

The project trained over 30 scout leaders regionally and nationally to implement the "Innovators Challenge Badge" to build youth adaptability and innovation. Impact was measured through surveys, interviews, and social media, highlighting success stories and drawing in partners. It directly engaged 165 participants, including refugees, and collaborated with NGOs like Terre des Hommes and the Egyptian Red Crescent.

The project showed that strong partnerships, inclusive participation, and hands-on learning drive impact. Hybrid training ensured wide reach, while clear documentation and sound budgeting supported effective delivery. These lessons will guide future initiatives.
