Gomphukora Tshechu

I got motivated to volunteer in Gomphukora Tshechu after seeing how important the festival is for our community and culture. When I watched people working together to organize the event and help visitors, I felt encouraged to be part of it too. I wanted to contribute in a small way, learn how such events are managed, and gain experience by working with others. Volunteering also made me feel responsible and proud to support an event that brings people together and keeps our traditions alive.
I executed the project during Gomphukora Tshechu by working with a team that included members from Desuung and Royal Bhutan Police. I followed instructions, completed my assigned tasks on time, and coordinated with others to ensure everything ran smoothly through teamwork and clear communication.
I learned the importance of teamwork, discipline, and responsibility while working during Gomphukora Tshechu. Working alongside members from Desuung and Royal Bhutan Police taught me how to communicate clearly, follow instructions, and stay organized. I also realized the value of helping others and contributing to the community, which made the experience meaningful and memorable.
