On 1 September of 2018, our troop 28 Pelicans Open Troop in district Seputeh is having a golden chance to visit a bamboo garden that created by the selangor rovers and the national rovers council. The event is located at Anjung Floria , Presint 4 , Putrajaya. The program was hosted by the government and all the agency / NGOs are also taking part in this event for showing their skill in the plantation field. Our National Scout Organisation is request by the government to build a bamboo garden to the public. Our troop scout master bring us go there by his car and we stay there around 4 hours.
