A project to reach out to the many schools in the local community to establish and re-instate the Scout Groups by working through the Student Affairs Unit, Department of Schools, Ministry of Education. The strategic approach would be to reach to School Principals and Teachers at the District Level on the importance of the Scouting Movement. Names of teachers and students (~15) will be submitted and they will invited for a series of training sessions to get the Groups started. The target audience are cubs, scouts and ventures from the pool of over 20 primary and secondary schools.
