Cleaning service
My motivation was to inspire environmental responsibility in our community and put Scout values into real action. By uniting students, teachers, and leaders to clean the path from Wanakha Central School to Damchu Bridge, we aimed to create a cleaner environment and show how youth leadership can drive positive change.
Participants: 71 total (58 students, 11 scout leaders, 2 teachers) Route: Walked from Wanakha Central School, passed through Wanakha Village, to Damchu Bridge Action & Impact: Conducted a cleanup service and collected around 15 bags of waste
I learned that , through this kind of service work we gain skills,knowledge about local community and about teamwork
