CAPACITY BUILDING WORKSHOP ADULT IN SCOUTING
The review of the Adult In Scouting Policy is an action step that has been implemented as per the Membership Growth plan to strengthen the Capacity of the National Headquarters and the. State and District Headquarters so that this management policy of the Adult with good governance can support in contributing to the growth in scouting with quality and quantitative.
The Project was first initiated with the National Level Workshop on Adult in Scouting where 3 members from each state were invited and trained then it was cascaded to the Regional level where the states of all regions participated and further more state officials and district officials. Later the focused states implemented the AIS policy at the Districts Level officials which has covered about 250 districts with 1500 district and state officials.
with this support of Capacity building many states stated to be active in the growth of the state and also focusing on the development of the state youth activities and membership growth.
