3rd Mop and Scouts Go Solar Workshop
The main motivation is promoting Messenger of Peace and Scouts Go Solar which would contribute to create a sustainable world. My motivation was that these projects would contribute to climate change for the betterment and would also help to emancipate youth towards the humanitarian movement. The youth engagement involved here can contribute to make a better world.
We selected the Rabindranath Tagore University, Hojai as a place for our 3rd MoP and Scout Go Solar Workshop. We started with the introduction on MoP and its vision/objectives. We moved on with BFW and its initiatives. We also took up some MoP activities/ modules, for eg , Networking game, ALELE Song etc. After that we gave a brief description about Scouts Go Solar and its activities, i.e , Scout Go Solar gadgets and their making. We wrapped our workshop with MoP BEAT DANCE.
The project have impacted a lot in our lives and will definitely have impact on the participants. The positive impacts of the project is that we started taking care of our Climate and ought to lead a sustainable lifestyle. We tried to motivate and inspire other youths to follow a sustainable life, know the usability of Solar energy and MoP in our everyday life. We learned that every resources we have is a boon to us and we should not waste it.
The leaning that we got from this project is:
a. We learned the true meaning of being a Messenger of Peace
b. We learned the objectivies of MoP
c. We learned the benefits of Scout Go Solar as well as its usage in our day to day life.
d. We learned how our little efforts can contribute to a beautiful change.
e. We learned that we have to motivate and inspire other so that we can make a huge difference.
