I was inspired to start this project by the need to empower young people, give them space to grow, and build teamwork. My goal was to create an experience that strengthens unity and responsibility among scouts.

We learned that teamwork grows stronger when scouts are engaged in creative and practical activities such as patrol flag making. Having a Safe From Harm supervisor is essential for ensuring safety and comfort during activities. We also saw that recognition and support from leaders and institutions can greatly motivate scouts and strengthen community trust in our projects.

We executed the project by first planning clear goals and responsibilities, then implementing activities step by step, monitoring progress and making adjustments when needed, and finally completing deliverables, evaluating results, and documenting lessons learned.
