Kisii University Flamingo Rovers Scouts being road safety ambassadors; together with other road safety stakeholders led the public to celebrate the World Day of Remembrance. This is a day set aside to remember victims of road accidents. The scouts procession throughout Kisii town was aimed at sensitizing the public and road users to faithfully adhere to road safety measures more so during the holidays that claim lot of lives on the road.
