The Kenya Scouts Association organized a four-day workshop on the Plastic Tide Turners Challenge at Embu Scouts Centre from 8th February to 11th February. The workshop aimed to create awareness and educate scouts on the impact of plastic pollution on the environment and the oceans. Rover scouts and scout leaders were equipped with knowledge and practical skills on how to reduce plastic waste and promote sustainability in their communities. Participants also engaged in group discussions on innovative solutions to tackle plastic pollution.
