International Leadership Training ILT UGANDA 2026 The Uganda Scouts Association is conducting ILT course from 21st to 23rd July 2026 at Kaazi National Scouts Camping Ground the training is aimed at equiping young people with leadership skills, conflict resolution, and enabling them to contribute to community development through advocacy The course is attended by 37 Scouts from 16 regions of Uganda and these are young leaders from region scout youth forums with the view of training more young people in their regions
