Membership growth coordinators workshop was organized in Dr. Annie Besant Scout Guide training and camping center dodballapur, Karnataka. It started on 5th of August and went on till 9th of August. As, Membership growth coordinator, they were supposed to work with the commissioner and area team to grow scouting, reaching more people and adult volunteers with the opportunities that scouting has to offer. I was a staff member (videography and photography). It indeed was a honor to record and capture them doing a initiative work, assignments and activities.
