GREENPIC To LOMAY 2017 "Together for the Excellency". Following the resolution of the Tily Eto Madagasikara Commissioners Conference on August 2016 in Tamatave. The national and district commissioners, the trainers' college members and the elders of the “Sampana maitso” or the green branch, i.e. 5-12 years old, will meet under the acronym "GREENPIC" on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th April 2017 at the Café d'Ampasimbe along the RN 2. An opportunity to discuss the Tily Eto Madagasikara' educational program for the age group, thinking and plan about the "LOMAY" the national competition 2017 planned on various activities, where Scouting educate Malagasy youth will be held on August 2017 in Mahajanga province. Among other - different scouting activities will be concerted, Also, discussing the good to know about the 24th World Scout Jamboree 2019. GREENPIC will be an opportunity to rehearse the fraternity on scouting with Tily Eto Madagasikara.
