This is an effort to enhance the Scouting in Guinea Bissau through this capacity strengthening project to revamp the governance of your National Scout Organization. the goal of this project is to strengthen the governance and management framework of Escuteiros da Guinea-Bissau through the Global Assessment Tool (GSAT) process as well as develop a coherent strategic path. The main project activities therefore include; • Conduct a GSAT Self-Assessment • Develop a national strategic plane • Conduct an in-depth evaluation of the education proposal (Youth Programme) • Hold a special General Assembly to ratify/approve the newly developed resources.
