Project Basa Bilang was proposed by the Senior Scouts from Muntinlupa City Council, Boy Scouts of the Philippines, which aims to help the struggling students in Numeracy & Literacy. The project works by gathering participants that are struggling to comprehend words and numbers and teach them through non formal education. We prepared the topics (English and Math) digitally so that they can be printed out and compiled into a learning kit.
