On 17 October 2026, 20 Rover Scouts from the Royal University of Law and Economics (CS-RULE) participated in JOTA-JOTI 2026, marking the 69th Jamboree on the Air and the 30th Jamboree on the Internet, under the theme “A Peaceful and Inclusive World.” The opening ceremony was presided over by Mr. Em Piseth, Director of the Department of Scout Cooperation and Head of the Cambodia Scouts Secretariat. The event brought together 155 Rover Scouts and younger Scouts, including 85 female participants, from five educational institutions. Throughout the day, participants explored the history and purpose of JOTA-JOTI, learned how to create online Scout accounts, and took part in activity stations through jotajoti.info. Group discussions and experience-sharing sessions provided opportunities to exchange ideas and good practices in Scouting. Activities related to the Sustainable Development Goals encouraged learning, digital skills, leadership, teamwork, and an understanding of peace and inclusion. For CS-RULE members, the programme offered an opportunity to learn together and explore ways to connect with the worldwide Scout community.
