On 15 October 2026, Rover Scouts from the Royal University of Law and Economics (CS-RULE) joined a Cambodia Scouts delegation led by His Excellency Serey Chumneas, Vice President of the Cambodia Scouts, for a wreath-laying and tribute ceremony at the statue of His Majesty the late King Father Norodom Sihanouk in Phnom Penh. The ceremony marked the 14th anniversary of His Majesty’s passing. Participants paid their respects and expressed gratitude for his contributions and lifelong service to Cambodia and its people. For CS-RULE members, participation provided an occasion to reflect on Cambodia’s history, honour its national heritage, and express respect and gratitude across generations.
