B.R.A.V.O 1st Malagasy Scouting in Comics, BD SCOUT presents at the 13th Edit. GASY BULLES at the Ivon-toeran'ny Kolon-tsaina Malagasy or Malagasy Cultural Center in Antsahavola www.ikm.mg its the 1st Volume. 7 Scouts and Guide members of the Malagasy Federation of Scouting and Guiding exhibit their talents as cartoonists a festival organized by GASY BULLES, on its 13th edition - from 5 to 17 June 2017. Gasy Bulles is a platform of exchange between professional or amateur of Cartonist since many years. Our young artists have chosen to present the BD SKOTO or "Le scoutisme en BD", an opportunity to communicate to the Malagasy society the Mission, Vision and the implemantation of youth people within Scouting. Among other things, Gasy Bulles is an opportunity for the participants to pass messages according to facts and phenomena of Malagasy society.
