Webinar on Sankalp 2.0

The Bharat Scout Guide has launched an online project 'Sankalp 2.0' to create positive and energizing millions of Scouts,Guides and youth across the country during the lockdown. Through this project, Scouts and Guides of Bharat Scout Guide will help to conserve the resources of Earth and Environment, Social Well being and social distancing and others problems in a digital way. In this context, K.C Gurukul and Amardeep High School Units of District Udhampur of Jammu and Kashmir Bharat Scouts and Guides organised a Online webinars. Chief Guest, Vice President Ashok Kumar gave detailed information about various aspects related to Scouts and Guides. On this occasion, an appeal was made by Chief Guest to Scouts and Guides to take care of the food, medicine etc. needs of the corona infected patients living in home isolation, poor, helpless, living alone and elderly people. He called upon the workers and officials associated with the organization to work side by side with the local administration, police and medical department to control the second wave of Corona epidemic while ensuring their own safety. . District Training Commissioner, Veena Sharma informed the people that the link of this infection can be broken by following 100% of the lock down. So stay in homes and follow social distancing. Scout Master,Rakesh Sharma said that the main objective of this webinar was to explain to the Scouts and Guides on the project organized by the National Headquarters like U-Reporter and Sankalp 2.0 and explained how to work on them and how to send the report to the headquarters. Himalayan Wood Badge, Scout Master , Gaurav Sharma of Uttar Pradesh gave information about U- Reporter and Shubham Srivastava gave information about Plastic Tied Turners. Scout Masters Amardev Singh, Ved Kumar, Guide Captain Divyangana Dubey and Anuradha Sharma as well as Scouts and Guudes of Udhampur and Uttar Pradesh participated in this webinar.
