Scouts Step Up for School Readiness!
Seeing the need for clean, safe, and welcoming schools inspired the Scouts to take action. They believed that as Scouts, they could lead by example—turning simple tasks into meaningful service. Brigada Eskwela became more than just preparation; it was their way of showing that young people can step up, work together, and help create a better learning environment for all.
The Scouts of Parañaque NHS – Baclaran took action by diving straight into the heart of school preparation. Over four days, they carried out various tasks—from cleaning classrooms and hallways to organizing learning materials—all aimed at creating a better space for students and teachers. With guidance from school leaders and support from the council, the team worked efficiently, showing how Scout-led efforts can truly make schools cleaner, safer, and more welcoming.
Scouts realized that preparation goes beyond cleaning—it’s about commitment, unity, and heart. Faced with real tasks and responsibilities, the Scouts gained a deeper understanding of what it means to serve their community. The experience taught them that leadership starts with action, and that working together makes a lasting difference.
