As part of the Messengers of Peace project, 66 Sokołowska Drużyna Harcerska "Wilki"decided to teach their friends from Primary School No. 2 the basics of first aid. In order to pass the knowledge, you must first possess it - so during the daily and overnight rebounds, we have expanded our knowledge and practiced the techniques of first aid. We were doing quite well. Once our knowledge was well-established, we decided to share it with others. We visited individual classes in our school and showed students how to give premedical help correctly. The teachers also used our tips. In addition, during large breaks, we organized a training point to which students could approach and practice how to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation. We also answered various questions that arose during the exercises. We plan to continue our project. We will start the new school year with a field game, during which pupils of our school will show information about first aid. We believe that only systematic exercises and broadening our knowledge can give us a guarantee that if we find ourselves in need of first aid, we will know how to behave.
