The Hualien Public Welfare General Association (HPWGA) is founded by some enthusiastic people in Hualien City Taiwan. They help many living-alone elderlys, disadvantage families, domestic violence children and so on. They deliver materials, build houses, help disabled people to apply social alms and a large number of charity.

The venture scouts of  Hualien Huei-Lan Community Scout Group have responded to the SDG Goals as well as the Better World Framework, we contacted with HPWGA to see if we can contribute our services. Since they have received many materials from the publics and strore in a small warehouse temporarily but lack of volunteers to arrange them, we have porposed to help them to sort the materials out. They will be more efficient to take what they need when they get the requests next time. In addition, the space usage of the warehouse will be better for sure.

The spirit of HPWGA is worthy to learn. We scouts can have long-term cooperation with them to keep serving for our community. The youth will realize the meaning of service and contribute more when they are capable to do so.
