Voices of Peace at Wat Pakbueng School

With 101 students at Wat Pak Bueng School, we planted the seeds of peace—showing that open, respectful dialogue can transform conflicts into understanding and build stronger communities.
This project was part of the Young Peace Builder Project, conducted with 101 Grade 7 students at Wat Pak Bueng School. The one-day event featured interactive sessions, group activities, and dialogue-based learning. The workshop emphasized listening with empathy, respecting diverse identities, and understanding differences as a foundation for harmony in their school and community.
From this project, students learned that listening with empathy and respecting each other’s identities can turn differences into understanding, proving that peace begins with open dialogue.
