Tree Plantation

Our motivation came from the urgent need to support SDG 13: Climate Action and protect our environment. Inspired by Bhutan’s pledge to remain carbon neutral, we wanted students to learn responsibility through action. Planting trees, cleaning campaigns, and community service showed how small efforts can create lasting change for nature and society.
Our project supported SDG 13: Climate Action through three main activities. Students and teachers planted fruit and shade trees to restore greenery and promote sustainable living. Cleaning campaigns taught waste management and reduced pollution. Community service, guided by parents and agriculture officers, built teamwork and responsibility. Together, these small steps made a big difference, turning the school into a model of kindness, culture, and care for nature.
Our project taught us valuable lessons. Planting trees and cleaning surroundings showed the importance of environmental care for SDG 13. Working with teachers, parents, and officers highlighted teamwork and responsibility. Caring for saplings encouraged sustainable living, while community service built kindness, respect, and culture. Together, these small actions created lasting impact.
