state rally conduct by u.p. bharat scout & guide in vaeanasi dated 30 jan 2016 to 01 feb 2016. Total strength of scouts & guide is 5000. There is lots of worl during state rally and lots of compettition of scouting also the one bench of M.O.P. conduct by me. We are doing M.O.P. workshop give information about M.O.P. to all the scout & guide. All scout & guide take intrest in M.O.P.
