"Sports For Peace" campaign was launched as Messengers of Peace project, in this project many tournaments and friendly matches are planned of different sports in future. The purpose of this campaign in to promote Peace amog the youth by bringing the youth of different communities and allowing them to play sports, this not only build tolerance among the youth, it also creates healthy and friendly environment for the Scouts. Moreover, this project will also provide platform to the Scout to improve their skills and join professional sports. The tournament was launched as pilot was this campaign. A friendly Futsal tournament was organized at Balochistan Boy Scouts Association, Headquarters, Quetta, Balochistan, Pakistan. Scouts from various schools of Quetta participated in the tournament, School teams were selected by Scouts Organizing Committee comprising of Scout Leaders who are working as Physical teacher in schools. The theme of the tournament project was "promoting peace, harmony and tolerance among the youth through sports". A total of six-teen (16) teams of Rover Scouts, from different Schools participated in the tournament which went on for three (3) days. Tournament was a knockout tournament, with opening ceremony on day one and closing ceremony along with Final on the day three. Teams that came in first, second and third teams were given trophies and medals by Scout executive and provincial government officials from Education department Balochistan.
