In alleviating the worsening plastic pollution and flooding in the creeks and canals of Barangay Santa Lucia, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur, volunteer Eagle Scouts and Eagle Scout aspirants of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, Zamboanga del Sur- Pagadian City Council joined hand-in-hand in removing plastic wastes, which gave way to increased water flow and reduction of stagnant water in the area.
