'Scouting Skill and Development Camp 2016' was organised by Kumpulan Latihan Kelanasiswa IIUM Kuantan/ Rovers Scout from International Islamic University Malaysia, Kuantan campus. This camp was aimed to brief, show and train the young rovers about the scouting skills such as pioneering, orienteering, estimation skill, marching, such survival skills and more. The programme was handled by senior rovers, who had achieved the Baden-Powell Award and supervised by District Commissioner. Although the participation was not big enough but It was a great success as the programme run smoothly and supported mostly by our rover scouts crew. Indeed, me as part of programme coordinator and trainer as well as BPA achiever, i was very happy and glad as the junior rovers in high spirit when they were doing their scouting works, especially the pioneering project. Let soaring upward with the joy of Scouting..!!
