During a training in preparation for national competition due to take place at kaazi national camping sit in August 2019, Rover scouts (Mandela crew) of vocational training institute (Technical skilling institute) in Soroti town in Uganda Decided to construct a watch tower as away of expressing the knot's,lashings they had learnt. These is a reflection that scouting is being recognised in these institution ,community as a tool the school is using to build creativity as a life skill in the young people.
