The Development Team of RCI - Rodriguez had once thought, "Why not make an outfit in Cottolengo Filipino?" And, with enough perseverance, their once 'idea' turned into a plan. March 29, 2017 was marked as the team's first visit to Cottolengo Filipino. Their team was guided by their Team Consultant, Mr. Lyel Lim. As they've arrived, they immediately talked to the head of Cottolengo Filipino, opening their idea about establishing a new set of leaders in their vicinity, telling the benefits of Scouting. Immediately, they approved and finalized the schedule; but, as this was going on, the Scouts began to make new friends. They socialized, played and talked to several of the children there, giving them a head start in their project. The day ended with a small picture-taking, with 3 of the Scouts' newly found friends. Warming the hearts of the Scouts, they went home and waited for the adventure to start in their next visit to start their service entitled, “Scouting for All”.
