Peace Leaders Thailand At Sirirattanathorn
The Peace Leaders Thailand at Sirirattanathorn School project was established to develop students’ potential to grow into ethical leaders equipped with peaceful communication skills and the ability to manage conflicts in a constructive manner.
The project is designed using a participatory learning approach, incorporating dialogue processes, group activities, role-play simulations, and reflection sessions to create a safe space where students can freely exchange their ideas and experiences. Participants develop skills in peaceful communication, empathetic listening, emotional regulation, and constructive problem-solving.
The establishment of a Peace Leaders group within Sirirattanathorn School brings together students who are aware of peace-related values, equipped with respectful communication skills, and committed to serving the community. These students can serve as positive role models, helping to reduce conflicts, build trust, and foster a safe and supportive learning environment within the school.
