"Peace in Green, Life in Trees"
Our environment and climate are changing rapidly, mainly due to global warming and deforestation. As a responsible scout, I actively participate in tree plantation programs for the well-being of the Earth. Planting trees is not just about protecting nature — it’s a duty to our future generations. That’s why I consider tree plantation both my responsibility and commitment.
We successfully completed a three-day tree plantation program. On the first day, we collected saplings and selected sites at the school, market, and community clinic. In the next two days, 33 scouts planted around 150 saplings — 50 at the school, 75 in the market area, and 25 at the clinic. Regular care is being provided, benefiting the community. This reflects our commitment to the environment and the spirit of Scouting.
Through this project, we learned the importance of planning, coordination, and responsibility. We realized the significance of environmental conservation through tree plantation. This project will enhance the green environment and environmental awareness in the community, which in the long term will improve the health of local people and maintain the balance of nature.
