On April 13, 2021, the Scout of the World Award Project Group held its first meeting through the Google Meet platform. The meeting was attended by 5 committee members including an advisor.

The purpose was to discuss the details of the project by selecting the 5,000 Forest Tree to restore the forest ecosystem, discuss the method of project implementation, assignment to committee members, and the amount of manpower required to carry out this project.
