"Nukkad se nikli awaaz — Swachhta bane har kaaj!”
We organised a Nukkad Natak on the theme “Clean India, Green India” to spread awareness about the importance of cleanliness and environmental protection. Street plays reach people directly and create a lasting impact through drama and emotion. Our goal was to inspire everyone to take small steps—like avoiding plastic, littering, etc—that together make a big difference for a cleaner, greener nation. We believe true change begins when every citizen takes responsibility for their environment.
We organised a rally and a street play (Nukkad Natak) at Shalimar Station to raise awareness about the Clean India Movement. The event aimed to encourage people to keep their surroundings clean and contribute towards a healthier, greener environment. Through street play, we aimed to convey the message that cleanliness is everyone’s responsibility and that even small actions, such as avoiding littering and practising proper waste disposal, can bring about significant change.
From this activity, we learned that cleanliness begins with individual responsibility. Small efforts like keeping our surroundings clean and spreading awareness can create a big impact. Working together for the cause of a "Clean and Green India" taught us teamwork, social responsibility, and the power of collective action.
