Messenger of Peace program for scouts and guides of PAPANASAM BLOCK was conducted in The High School, Umayalpuram by the guidance of District Secretary on 7th September 2015. District Chief Commissioner @ DEO of Kumbakonam Educational District Mr Annapillai inagurated the program at 9.30 am with prayer, School Headmaster and District Secretary were Presided the program. 133 Scouts and guides, 10 Scoutmasters and Guide captains of PAPANASAM BLOCK were participated in the program. MoP Co-ordinators Mr Tamil Kumaran, Mrs Gunavathi and Mrs Mariyammal were also participated in this program. MoP Co-ordinator J Krishnamoorthy gave training to Scouts and Guides. all 133 Scouts and guides were created the MoP ID. Program ended with National Anthem at 5pm.
