Date:17 April 2018 Title: Etching and Drilling PCB Board On this date etching and drilling PCB board take place.Before etching the PCB layout there're few steps need to follow which are finalize the circuit design, create the PCB layout in simulation tool, place and sizing the connector in PCB layout ,print PCB layout and finally ultraviolet (UV) exposure then can move to the etching the board with the few steps. Start with developing which to take off the photo resist.Second step is etching to create the copper pattern on boar. Third step is stripping to remove dry-film on board. Forth step is drying to dry the board from any solution. Lastly is drill the PCB. Date:18 April 2018 Title: Soldering Components PCB On this date soldering PCB take place. Before the soldering we have to get all the components and also fit with the PCB only then the soldering can start. In soldering the main equipment needed is Solder Iron and Solder Leads.
